Ahh Fitness…
So, when it comes to Fitness everyone has started at some point and then not been able to continue it. This is where building that community takes place and truly shows it’s benefits. There are areas on this site that you can post where you are going in advance and allow other Patriots tho see it and join in. With that kind of constant motivation your chances of continuing until successful increases exponentially. While there are numerous ways of fitness training we have fund that there are a “Core” three that rise above the rest.


Core Training
Core exercises strengthen the muscles around the trunk, including the abdominal muscles, pelvic muscles, hips, and back, which work together to support the spine and skull.

Strength Training
Strength training improves muscle mass, which in turn enhances insulin sensitivity and glucose levels, boosts metabolism, and lowers the risk of injuries.

Stamina Training
Stamina training improves cardiovascular health by increasing heart rate and strengthening the heart muscle. This enhances the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to muscles, enabling better performance for longer periods of time.
